At Anil Communication, we strive to offer high-quality services and products. However, if you're not satisfied with any part of our service or product, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

πŸ“„ CSC, Printing & Document Services

  • Printing, Xerox, and Document Services are non-refundable once delivered, unless:

    • There was a printing error caused by our team.

    • You received the wrong file or format.

  • In such cases, we will reprint or correct the file at no extra charge.

πŸ›’ Office Supplies & Stationery

  • Items can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase if:

    • They are unused, in original condition, and packaging is intact.

    • You have a valid purchase receipt.

  • Refunds are provided only in case the product is defective or out of stock with no alternative available.

✈️ Ticket Bookings (Train, Flight, Hotel)

  • Cancellations are subject to the airline/IRCTC/hotel partner policies.

  • Refunds will be processed based on:

    • Time of cancellation

    • Partner policy

    • Applicable cancellation charges

  • A small service/processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 3–7 working days via the original payment method or in cash.
