At Anil Communication, we strive to deliver high-quality services and products. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which such requests will be handled.

1. CSC Services

Once a government-related service is processed through the CSC portal, no cancellation or refund is possible.
If the service fails due to our error (wrong document upload, incorrect form submission), we will correct it at no extra cost.

2. Printing & Xerox Services

Printing/Xerox services are customized and hence non-refundable once completed.
If there is a printing error caused by us (e.g. alignment issues, wrong copy), we will reprint at no charge.
Cancellation is only possible before the print job starts.

3. Office Supplies

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase only if:
- Items are unused,
- In original packaging,
- Accompanied by the original bill.
No refund/exchange on used or damaged items.

4. Travel Bookings (Flight, Train, Hotel)

All bookings are made through third-party platforms.
Refunds/cancellations are subject to the rules of the respective airline, railway, or hotel.
Our service charge is non-refundable once the booking is made.
For cancellation, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance (where possible).

5. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
